This is an example of a good and bad job interview. The first interview is between the woman interviewer and the girl who is being interviewed for the job. This is a bad interview because the girl being interviewed does not make much eye contact, and shows little respect, for example, she does not shake the woman's hand on the way out. Also, the girl takes a cell phone call during the interview and puts her resume on the back of the job application. She shows disrespect and that she is not interested when she takes the phone call, and also shows disrespect when she leans in her chair and plays with her hair showing bad body mechanics. The second interview of this clip is a good interview. This interview is between the same woman interviewer and now a boy who is interested in the job opening. This is a good interview because the boy makes eye contact with the interviewer basically the whol interview, answers the question with full, detailed information, and is prepared with a clean resume. Also shows full respect with good body mechanics by sitting up straight, and by having no distractions during the interview.

Jon Stewart Pages 125-129
In pages 125 through 129 in our academic textbook actor, Jon Stewart, gives a speech at a graduation at his alma mater college. Jon Stewart speaks about how the graduates are now entering the new world. He also speaks about how they now have to pay for luxuries such as insurance, mortgages or rent, more bills, and how the econonmy is very tough especially graduating college in debt. Mr. Stewart then goes on to say how this graduating class, or our generation, is going to change the world. I agree with this small passage in this textbook. If we put our minds to something we can accompish it if we really work at it. By handling our funds intelligently, we will survive in this economy and be able to pay off our debts from college, if any. Working hard in school, taking notes, and paying attention to your professor will prepare you for receiving a financially stable occupation. Just because other people have failed does not mean we have too. If our generation gives that extra push, we will always be better than that other person.

Class Evaluation
So far my second semester of college is going relatively well. As for my english 102 course, I think I am prepared for it thanks to english 101. Even though english 102 seems it is going to be a little more hands on than english 101, for example, my first essay includes a digital essay, but I believe that makes the class more into the course and enthusiastic about class. Also, the teacher seems very interactive and is not afraid to help the students which makes the transition much easier. It should be a very good semester. As for my other classes, elementary statistics, history of architecure, introdution to American politics, and police communities, they are also going well so far as I am gaining new knowledge about the history and current events of our country which I am very interested in. I hope all goes well for all of my other fellow students.

The text that I read and analyzed from our academic book "remix" was a story about a college professor who put a little to much information on her facebook page which was found by a student who tried to sign up for one of her class. What I analyzed from this story was that people show their real identity when they are on facebook. On facebook we are not scared to write on our facebook what really interests us and what we have fun doing. We are not scared to post pictures of the people whom we really love and spend time with. We show our own personalities when we talk to people online as you are not looking that other person in the face. However, in real life some people do not show their true identity. Some people might change their views on things or may speak differently of someone else just to fit in with the people they are hanging out with in real life. For some people it is hard to show who they really are when they are talking face to face with someone rather than talking to someone online. In this story, the college professor puts on facebook that she is bi-sexual and that she does not mind drinking beer. As a college professor she should not be putting that on facebook, but that is her real identity. However, when she is in the classroom, she is supposed to be looked at as a person who does not cooperate with this sort of stuff because she is a teacher. I felt that this story supported my opinion of saying that we have two different identities, one on facebook and one in real life.
